Dirty Martini from the Old Mr. Boston Delux Official Bartender’s Guide
1 ½ oz. gin
½ oz. dry vermouth
½ oz. olive juice (I used Castelvetrano olives)
1 olive and a slice of lemon peel
Combine gin, vermouth and olive juice with a few cubes of ice in a shaker. Shake gently until chilled; strain into a glass and garnish with an olive and a lemon peel.
