Going GREEK

Tonight I snuggled up in my sweats for some History class reading and a yogurt-making session.

This is my first time ever to dabble in dairy creation, and so far I’ve only boiled the milk and measure out the appropriate amount of “starter” yogurt.

Soon, I’ll wrap up the pot of milk+yogurt and tuck it in to my oven for a cozy night’s sleep.

In the morning, perhaps I’ll have yogurt?

In the morning I’ll strain the (hopefully) thick (hopefully) yogurt, and then strain it AGAIN to make it Greek yogurt.

…yum…
