Yes, it’s strange, but it. is. so. good.
It tasted like a healthier version of Andy’s Pumpkin Pie Concrete,
which I absolutely cannot get enough of when they hit the stores.
Pumpkin puree + 1/2 frozen banana + soymilk + pumpkin pie spice + vanilla yogurt = deeeeeelicioussssss
Topped with a sprinkle of homemade granola and pepitas, it is so yum, so healthy, so filling.
Hooray for breakfast in liquid form!
